Completing and submitting a character and fitness application is only part of the bar application process. There is a separate processing fee for your Character and Fitness investigation that you will receive a bill from NCBE sometime after your online application has successfully been submitted with payment to OKBBE.

You will be mailed two fingerprint cards with an instruction sheet and return envelope after you have completed your application.

You must submit all required documents. From the User Home location of your online application click the Required Documents link, then click the blue Upload Documents button to see the list of required documents. From your User Home screen you can download and complete the Oklahoma Affidavit-Authorization-Release document and then upload. Note: Anywhere you see a red asterisk next to Preamble you must upload that document before you can submit your application. All other required documents must be uploaded prior to admission.
