Rule Amendment
The Supreme Court has modified the Rules Governing Admission to the Practice of Law.
The rule amendments put in place a limit on the number of times an applicant may take the exam. The limit will not start until July 2025 and is not retroactive. Applicant's will be able to take the exam five time. There is a provision for an applicant to request a one-time waiver if they have failed to pass after five attempts.
