UBE score transfers being accepted effective immediately.

The Oklahoma Supreme Court has approved an amendment to the Rules Governing Admission to the Practice of Law at the request of the Board of Bar Examiners.  This amendment addresses the elements needed to implement the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) in Oklahoma to include the fees for taking the UBE, the fee for transferring a UBE score to Oklahoma, and the length of time a UBE score is transferable.  The Court has approved the recommended length of time to transfer a UBE score to be less than 3 years from the date the score is received or a score that is less than 5 years since the date received but accompanied by 2 years of active and continuous practice.  Application available on the Applications tab of this site.
